Reservations Policy

Payments and Cancellations

Customers put a deposit of 50% the total stay at time of booking and must clear payment on the remainder at least 7 days ahead of check-in. If booking less than 30 days ahead, cancellations are non-refundable. Customers can cancel with a full refund 30 days in advance of check-in date.

If second payment has not been made and a non-refundable cancellation occurs, guest’s credit card will be charged for the remainder at the time of cancellation.

If guest checks-in and notices something is not as described, they will immediately call / text host to make host aware. Host will issue full or partial refunds at their discretion.

Reservations

All reservations must include guests legal name, phone number and email. Reservations must list the true number of guests.

House Rules during Tanari Dome Stay

Please note that all rules must be followed at the risk of immediate cancellation at host’s discretion.

No smoking or fire of any kind (except in the provided fire pit) is allowed due to wildfire risk.

Propane tank knobs should be turned to the “OFF” position when not in use.

Pets are not allowed on site.

Hunting is not allowed on site.

Weapons are not permitted on the premises including guns, hunting knives, tasers, etc.

Guests may not access the contents of the two blue shipping containers onsite unless host gives permission.

Guests must be aware that there is a porta potty onsite that is serviced twice a week and cleaned on the surface before each new guests checks in. Service provider at times may come early in the morning to service the porta potty, but does not enter the site beyond the bathroom unit.

Guests are responsible for their own safety and accessibility safety including stepping up to the platform, walking to the bathroom at night, etc. Headlamps and flashlights are encouraged for safety walking around the site at night.

Guests may not invite anyone to the site who is not on the reservation. No parties or events are allowed to be held at the site.

If a Guest causes damage to the property, Host will send an invoice by email for guest to pay for damages to be fixed. Host will leverage local court system if guests do not remit payment after 30 days.

Return Policy for Physical Goods

Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward returns policy to ensure a hassle-free return process. Please review the following guidelines for returning your item(s):

General Return Conditions:

  • Return Window: You may return items within 36 hours of delivery if the return shipping is paid for by the buyer, and no damage has been done to the product.

  • Undamaged Condition: The product must be in its original, undamaged condition to be eligible for a return.

Damaged Items:

  • Documentation Required: If your product arrives damaged, please take photos documenting the damage and submit your claim by contacting us.

  • Return Shipping and Replacement: For items that arrive damaged, we will cover the return shipping cost and provide a replacement product.

Items Costing Less Than $500:

  • Extended Return Window: For items that cost less than $500, returns are accepted for any reason within 30 days of delivery, provided the product is undamaged and in its original condition.

  • Return Address: Please contact us to obtain the return address and further instructions.

How to Return an Item:

  1. Contact Us: Contact us with your order details to request a return.

  2. Prepare Your Return: Ensure the product is in its original, undamaged condition and properly packaged.

  3. Ship the Item: If you are responsible for return shipping, arrange for shipment to the provided return address. For damaged items, follow the instructions provided by our customer service team.

  4. Processing Your Return: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your return and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or replacement.

Additional Information:

  • Refunds: Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

  • Exchanges: If you need to exchange an item, follow the same return procedure and indicate your preference for an exchange in your email to us.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Certain items such as personalized products or items marked as final sale are not eligible for return.
